My name is Annie McIntosh and I am a senior, majoring in Kinesiology. I have always had a particularly invested interest in sustainability and working towards a more positive environmental impact. I am particularly interested in sustainable agriculture and food products. For the past two summers, I have worked at two food incubators in Washington D.C. with groups sourcing local produce to increase sustainable product availability. These year I am the Secretary for Sustainability for the Student Assembly. I hope to use this class to learn more about entrepreneurship and to source new ideas for our campus and for the greater Williamsburg environment.
